  6. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  7. Include the RAN prominently on the outside of your return package.

  8. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note the following regarding return shipping costs:

  • For standard returns due to preference, sizing issues, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as GoldenEggUSA cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

  • For items that arrived damaged or defective, GoldenEggUSA will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping expenses upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return process.

Special Circumstances
